Here I am back among you, with my wonderful new work by Mc Donald, maybe I will to continue to study without worrying about the installment stratospheric university. I am continuing to do Jamie's recipes but do not have much time to post on the blog this month as we bring in Bologna, resulting in exhausting journey. So, 12 hours outside the home be paid for only 4. Fantastic.
A couple of weeks ago I had the Pappardelle with Mixed Wild Mushrooms (ie, the pappardelle with wild mushrooms). In fact my mushrooms were not very wild since I bought them at the supermarket ... but at least I'm getting the Mistress of pappardelle! And this time I remembered to photograph the steps to make pasta, here they are!
All you have to do to this recipe is to prepare the fresh pappardelle, fried mushrooms with garlic and chilli and mix the sauce with the pasta. Done. Simple but really good! Of course, only if you love mushrooms!
Simple as pappardelle. But if you're forgetful like me might have a problem ... you have to soak the beans the night before and fortunately my dear boy remembered otherwise I would have to give up my beloved beans! After a night to bathe you must put them in a potters with garlic, tomato and sage, cook for about an hour, drain and season with all the third recipe, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice Dressing that is nothing but lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper mixed together. Difficult. Very difficult.
Bon appetit! Ah yes, I always forgot to tell you that I'm doing all the recipes are taken from Jamie's first book, just below this.
