I'll be back after months and months and months and months. I was a bit busy and, although I still have several recipes on file from Jamie, I must admit that I went very slowly in recent periods. Among other things, the recipe which I will talk today dates back to September, so I have to make a considerable effort of memory to recall with precision that distant day when I put the rice to cook and I put in the mushrooms.
had been a special recipe I'd be better remembered for sure but the mushroom risotto is one of those things you do with your eyes closed. In fact I admit that after months of silence is not exactly a return with fireworks, but I assure you that (if I can find the time) in the next update there will be recipes which are much more proud.
So we said Mushroom Risotto With Garlic, Parsley And Thyme ... Well what to say, make a mushroom risotto and add us! The only special / teaching that I extrapolated from my friend Jamie was to cook the mushrooms, cut half and half youngest leave larger, so the smaller ones will go with the sauce and make it more tasty and more than great ... remain great and good!
