Ricette 1, 2 e 3: Vanilla Sugar, Vanilla Cream and Baked Fruit

Since I have plenty of free time here I am starting a new blog! Who will talk about ... FOOD! Yes, it is now my passion for so long! And if there's a chef in particular that I love the recipes (ALL) that is Jamie Oliver. I love it so much that for my boyfriend's Christmas gift was an order from his site to take all her cookbooks, except those that are for sale in Italy, of course, had already home! So now I find myself with all these wonderful recipes to try and little time to devote to my hobby, as well as a weekly budget otherwise limited farewell university fees. But now after almost a month of endless university classes I am able to do everything. After hours of macrophages, bone marrow, intestine slides with slices of pig hearts to be cut and action potentials of the neurons I feel ready for anything! And I decided to take up some of the things I like to do. I set up 'the day bento' and now I started with 'Jamie's recipes'. Let's start!

is ok, the recipe is actually a very simple thing, and vanilla sugar. I was a little puzzled because I always thought it was enough to put the seeds in the pod, but Jamie says he spends the entire mixer to pod ... I always thought that the pod had a smell so nauseating I was really puzzled. But I eventually crushed pods and sugar, then I sifted all and the result was not bad at all! I used a bit more for recipes but I was advanced after a while! I think I'll use anything to flavor the whipped cream! Indeed, the next recipe is this!

Ok ok, even this is a very complicated recipe, I admit, but it has to start with simple things! Pour the cream into a bowl, add a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and mount! Simple but delicious!

And this was the recipe itself! In Actually I do not love the fruit but things in the oven instead! Indeed, the fruit in the oven I really liked the banana was a wonderful revelation! The smell was not the best taste but I loved it! However, even in this case it takes a 5-star Michelin chef to make this recipe ... cutting the fruit and put in pan, sprinkle with brandy (I used rum) and vanilla sugar and put in oven for about 5-10 minutes. Then serve with vanilla cream! Simple recipes that are delicious but I assure you! After all, I like Jamie's cooking just for this, but like always seem simple at all! Until next time!
